Employee Spotlight: Roberto Miranda

Tell us a little about yourself: I was born and raised in Mexico. When I was 17, my father brought me to the USA. I was hired by Kurtis on February 14, 2000. That same year I also got my citizenship. My wife and I have been married for 29 years, we have a son and daughter and 3 grandchildren. They are the loves of my life.

What is your job at UDA? Sanitation Foreman

Have you worked any other positions at UDA? No

What part of your job do you like the most? I like working with all the different departments, there is always something new and exciting.

Before working at UDA did you have any interesting or unusual jobs? My father was a foreman on a large farm in Mexico, I did a lot of farm work.

What kinds of hobbies or interests do you have outside work? I like to spend time with my grandchildren and wife.

What is one thing people may not know about you? I'm a good dancer.

If you were a superhero what powers would you have? I would like to have Superman's powers.
